Associate Sales Consultants - Tamil
Minimum experience requirement: Fresher, 0.6 + Months
Outbound telesales of Insurance, Loans & credit cards
Location - Gurgaon
Roles and responsibilities:
Ability to communicate effectively in Tamil LanguageAssisting customers in sale of a range of financial products on phoneReaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracyMeeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.Understanding customer requirement and closing sales.Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.

Should be Confident & Dynamic.Should have a bent towards Sales.Excellent interpersonal and listening skillsGood persuasion skill.Should be efficient in converting customer interest into sales.Good negotiation skills.Team PlayerQuick learner, creative and achiever.Passionate about work output

SSC or higher education.Fresher or ExperienceAbility to communicate effectively Tamil, Hindi & English language.Basic computer skills.
