Job Summary
Site Supervisor will Support the Senior team for a WASH and Water Secure villages project in Mathura in 15 villages of Mathura district, UP. Ready to be posted in Nandgaon, Mathura, UP.

Responsibilities and Duties

Motiviating and supporting meetings and training sessions.Supervising WASH program to make villages water secure.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors degree in Social Work/ Water Management/ Environment Management.Good personality to make good network connections for achieving the goal of the project.Sincere Freshers with working mindset can also apply with training experience.Ability to move freely and independently in villages.Excellent communication (English & hindi) and people managing skills.Ability to timely share, monitor and report the project activities including social media management.Must have 2 wheeler and willing to travel for work.

About the Project
Project involves providing access to freshwater, sustainability of water sources, solid waste and sanitation management, awareness about these issues, convergence with govt. schemes, making SHGs, community collectives, develop community leadership and advocacy for impact. He/She will also be responsible for all documentation and interaction with the donor, communities, government and other stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1+,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
