Roles and Responsibilities

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunitiesContact potential clients via phone, chats and emailsIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate products/servicesCustomize product solutions to increase customer satisfactionBuild long-term trusting relationships with clientsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketBuild reports to present to the managerBuild and provide a best-in-class customer experienceSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account ExecutivesOpportunities are available for B2C as well B2B

(with experience)/Undergrad/Any graduate can applyExperience/fresher can applyExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with good command of the English languageExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf-starter who is comfortable with a goal-driven fast-paced and always-on environmentHands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound)Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environmentMust adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as neededUnderstanding of sales performance metricsStrong follow-up skills and a strong desire to succeedExperience with CRM software and MS ExcelSalary would be negotiable, for good candidates further basis interviewLanguages: English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali
