Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

· Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs.

· Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

· Increasing the value of current clients while attracting new ones.

· Prepare sales contractsensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

· Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

· Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal teams.

· Actively promote Pharmnova services to clients including in social media.

Education, skills, and Knowledge:

· Proven experience as a Sales Executive/Business Development

· Experience ranges from 5 to 10 years

· Age limit 25 to 45 years

· Proficiency in English

· Good knowledge of social media surfing like linkedin etc.,

· Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

· Fast learner and passion for sales

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

· Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.

· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

· Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
