Senior Marketing Executive

Job responsibilities:

Ø Generating new business leads, promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.

Ø Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints & deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

Ø Hire and train a team of marketing associates to coordinate events and conduct outside sales

Ø Directing social media strategies, monitoring, and improving SEO, analyzing customer feedback from social media platforms & analyzing advertising returns and reporting to upper management evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.

Ø Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

Ø Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.

Ø Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

Ø Addressing customer service problems, preparing, and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

Ø Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

Ø Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies

Ø Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Ø Building relationships with media outlets, managing employees and third-party vendors

Salary: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
