As an "Ecommerce Executive", the Employee must perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities professionally.

For Marketplace Optimization

Maintaining product records and updating our e-commerce website.Working on the Seller Central of Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, Etsy, and other marketplaces.Create product listings on sites like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Pepperfry, and other marketplaces, as well as our social media pages.Catalog Management/ Inventory ManagementHolding on Account management, Data analysis, Online Business Strategy, Marketing Research, Online Business Growth, and competitive analysis.Regularly review competitive websites in terms of the product range.Coordinate with people at online portals and Account Managers for deals & promotions.Processing the Order daily.Working on the admin panel of our website.

For Marketing

Handling Customer queries and doing timely follow-ups with customers.Collecting the Data of customers who visit the store or place an online order with us.Coordinating with India Mart leads and driving them to close the sales.Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may interest clients.Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.Excellent written and verbal communication.Resourceful, with outstanding research skillsCreating a Sales enhancement strategy
