JOB TITLE: Executive – Service Sales
GRADE: Executive

REPORTS TO: Area Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Visiting customer for negotiation of price for AMC renewal, Conversion, Recovery etc.
Meeting customer for follow up for collection of outstanding,
Preparation of Tender documents and attending Tender committee meeting for Government customers,
Coordination with field supervisor/technicians for resolution of customer complaints during AMC renewal or other times,
Constant follow up with customer for early resolution of pending renewal and outstanding.
Daily Review, Analyzing and updating Asset and AMC pending files and reporting to Area Manager.
