Job Description
Casino Marketing Executive maintains and enhances relationships with the property's existing and new premium players.
Provide personal service to gaming patrons throughout their visit to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and establish loyalty.
REQUIRED SKILLS NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
International level English/ Hindi, Kanad/ Tamil/ Telgu/ Kokani.

Go to markets once a month to collect data of retailers. Walk around and engage with retailers colelt their contact details.
Market Casino product and services.
Manage social media channels,
Collect registrations /documetns and upload
Use our inhouse CRM software to update all indfo
Manage our social media pages /handles.
Guest feedback
demonstrating and presenting products & Services.
Convert Histake Guest In Membership
maintaining accurate records.
attending trade exhibitions, Meeting, conferences and meetings.
reviewing sales performance.
negotiating contracts and packages Product Service knowledge.
Active listening.
Industry expertise.
