CTC – 18k Fixed Salary (Including ¬TA) + 7000 Variable

Location : Mangalore

Scope of Work:

To generate new leads for enrolment of new retailers.
Market Mapping activity of executives will be planned in consultation with LSO/LD
Target should be to convert those retailers who are not purchasing product from HPCL.
Performance of Executives to be monitored on daily basis by LSO.
Focus area is to map new volumes.
Data generation and analysis.
To carry out Instore Activation for promotion of HP Lubricants.
To generate and drive the demand of HP Lubricant grades among the mechanics.
To educate and activate mechanics about the various programs currently launched by HPCL and new upcoming programs.
