Medical Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced receptionist cum manager.

As a front desk manager at our company, you will be expected to be tech friendly, highly communicative and extremely comfortable in working around and with small animals (dogs, cats, rabbits, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities would entail:

Coordinating the daily administration of doctors, staff, visitors, and patients at our healthcare facility.Scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, handling patient emergencies, and monitoring stock and supplies at the facility.Answering all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.Maintaining confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.Billing the patients and collecting feedback.

Knowledge and Skills Required

Proficient at using a computer system.Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
