Job Description:

Client and Agency coordinationServicing the Client with all its Needs i.e. Planning/ Buying /Execution.Taking Brief of activity from Marketing team/Agencies /ClientsMaking plans as per market with the best possible sites & ratesGood Negotiation Skills.Generating Revenue from the existing ClientsOnce the plan is confirmed, need to buy the sites at a negotiated priceTaking care of Job Orders/ Purchase Orders from the clients & also for the vendorsCoordinate with execution department for the implementation of the planSending photographs in PPT format.

Responsibilities and Duties

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersStay abreast of industry insights that directly and indirectly impact the clientParticipate in new business pitches and presentationsLead the planning, execution & reporting of search & social campaignsAnalyze & evaluate end-to-end customer experienceacross multiple channels and customer touch pointsProvide thought leadership and perspective for adoption of new technology where appropriate

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written and oral communication skillsGood numerical, analytical and research skills to evaluate campaignsStrong organizational skills, accuracy and the ability to assimilate information quicklyCreativity and problem-solving skillsCommercial and budget awareness.Excellent MIS skills.
