Node js developer

Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail oriented Node.js developer to be a part of our web/mobile application development team. Primary responsibilities will be developing web/mobile application using node.js, Express, and other node latest frameworks. He/she will be responsible for implementing visual elements and their behaviours with user interactions. The Ideal candidate should be a self-driven professional, always curious about new emerging technologies and perfecting the user experience.

Responsibilities
· Develop Restful APIs using Node.js
· Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
· Write clean code
· Troubleshoot and debug applications
· Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
· Build reusable code and libraries for future use
· Follow emerging technologies

Requirement
· At least 1 years of experience using Node.js, Express, and other node latest frameworks
· Worked with APIs and Microservice Architecture
· Good concepts of object-oriented programming
· Understanding of application integration, event driven architecture and integrating multiple microservices
· Knowledge of API development
· Deep knowledge of Data Structure and Algorithms
· Database: SQL and NoSQL languages (Like MySQL, Postgres and MongoDB)
· Experience in using Git/Version Control
· Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes – nice to have
· Familiarity with cloud platforms and their key services: AWS, Azure
· Understanding of DevOps pipelines – would be an asset.
