Description of Mobilizer

Sourcing students from different channels for Government based Training Programs
Mobilizing and counseling the students for various Government skill development programs.
Collection and Maintenance of the Student Database.
Frequent follow-ups with students and parents regarding the training pedagogy.
Organizing publicity campaigns in the rural areas
Checking the eligibility of candidates according to the respective policies of Government Skill Development programs.
Documentation management: documents collection, checking for eligibility and submission of the same at training Centre.
Ensuring the attendance of mobilized students for the respective training program according to the dates given by Govt. programs Guideline.
Ensuring the participants are regular in course and in discipline
Candidate follow-up in case of drop-outs
Career Planning - Engaging students, their parents with the authorities for career planning, providing guidance on career opportunities
Updating of student database in the ERP Portal
Mobilizing and facilitating engagements of stakeholders for planning and development meetings, workshops and seminars
Identifying local level partners to support and facilitate the partnership in the implementation of planned activities
Local Area Familiarization
Skills & Experience Required

Energetic Personality with a Go-getter mindset and attitude
Should possess good Negotiation and Convincing skills,
Good Communication and Presentation Skills
Any Graduate Degree
Minimum 1 year experience as a sales & marketing executive
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban - 560010, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
