JOB LOCATION NORTH GOA

JOB RESPONSBLITY

· Professional expertise in Payroll, Recruitments, employee relation,Lisoning Housekeeping, Safety Management, Contract Labour Management, Employee welfare.

· Recruiting workers, preparing offer, appointment, confirmation letter and quarterly review of new employee

· Administering payroll and maintaining employee records and regularizing Employee Attendance & Salary Processing

· Preparing full & final settlement of employee and gratuity settlement of left/eligible employee

· Maintaining records for employee, exit interview, relieving and experience certificate

· Managing various schemes like Insurance, Superannuation, Gratuity, Leave Encashment and PF & ESIC/Pay roll

· Providing different facilities for workers like safety shoes, uniforms and certifying monthly bills of the contractors

· Conducting aptitude test for employee, Interview of Contract Technician and Legal Compliances

· Quarterly review of employee

· Time Attendance &discipline

· Delivering offshore operations and HR processes pertaining to Talent Management, Reward, Capability Development, Employee Lifecycle Management, Leadership Development and Talent Supply Chain processes

· Defining & tracking KRAs as per career & organization goals and establishing growth path, coach and mentor framework for next level

· Performing competition mapping, market intelligence reporting and talent mapping

· Evolvingeffective project management frameworks around existing engagements and ensuring seamless project execution

· Steering continuous process improvements, standardizing service delivery and leading projects on the recruitment process improvisation

· Formulating global recruitment strategy and human capital programs aligned with the business needs

· Collaborating with business leaders to understand the strategy, talent needs and preparing annual manpower budget as well as future projections for all locations

· Delivering Recruitment Solutions, Workforce Management, Professional Services, Consultancy & Resource Screening Services to search and select talent

· An effective thinker with strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and relationship building skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
