Requirements

MBA (HR) or equivalent
1+ years of experience preferrably in healthcare field
Experience with HR softwares preferred
Responsibilities

Onboarding and exit formalities
Grievance management
Attendance and benefits management
Conduct induction
Manage training program
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
