Talent Sourcing: Includes Hiring suitable candidates for the available position. Inform the talent about the companies activities and Culture. Help them conduct interviews with the Technical team.
2. Documentation from Onboarding upto Exit for all talents.
3. Ensure that the training and development plan for each talent is executed properly and that no talent is left behind.
4. Organize various trainings as per the training and development plan of each talent.
5. Create activities for team bonding, celebrations within the office.
6. Ensure that the company culture is followed in spirit across the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
