Business Development Executive |BDE

About the Position:

We are looking for resilient, empathetic Business Development Executives (BDEs) to contribute to PAN India Growth of our company. BDE will responsible for finding new prospects to sign contract for Transport Services. To be successful as a business development executive, you should attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele. Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Familiarizing yourself with various transport services offered by our company.

· Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

· Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.

· Understanding customer requirements in details and crafting suitable transport business proposals & solutions.

· Maintaining fruitful relationships with prospects to grab business when due for renewal or RFQ.

· Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation.

· Collaborating with management on sales goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Any Graduate / Undergraduate with minimum 2Yrs of experience in B2B Sales or similar role.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Excellent multitasking skills and Ability to prioritize tasks.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.

· Telephone & Email etiquette.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
