Logistics Dispatch Executive

Susquehanna Management Services Private Limited in Bestech Business Tower, Mohali, Punjab is looking to add a Logistics Executive for their USA based client to their team. Candidate must have experience in an USA based Trucking company as a Dispatcher for a minimum of 1 year. If you are an organized individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, this is the opening for you!

Job Duties:

· Schedule drivers and build routes, optimizing hours of service, mileage, and truck capacity.

· Answer high volume of driver related calls on load schedules, load information, directions, help with fuel stops, routes and terminal locations.

· Minimize driver turnover by building strong relationships with each driver in a professional, respectful and a focus on driver success.

· Track loads while handling customers' inquiries and market conditions.

· Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries.

· Ensure drivers has all paperwork and load info necessary to complete their load satisfying both customer expectations and DOT regulations.

· Monitor truck repairs and maintenance schedules.

· Prepare invoices and submit paperwork to billing and accounting team.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Ideal Candidate must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

· Willing to work in the USA blended process and US timings ( calling & emails )

· Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.

· Experience as a truck dispatcher in a similar industry.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
