Dispatch Coordinator

The full time Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for communicating over the phone and by email between multiple parties, Dispatch of E-commerce orders to coordinate the successful delivery and maintain regular updates to customer support team.

Regular Duties:

Answering incoming calls and relaying dispatch related answers and forwarding inquiries to appropriate parties;
Coordinate and communicate dispatch of vehicles;
Arrange for & forward shipping documentation;
Communicate the tracking and tracing of goods in transit when required;
Ensures the respect of load dimensions per dispatch;
Ensures the respect and management of the drivers' hours of service related to the delivery schedule;

Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
