US Outbound Voice Process

5 days working / + Hours shifts

Night Shifts

Job Description:

Make an outbound call to insurance companies/agents to et renewal information on the policies/or updating missing information

Processing Auto Insurance documents with rule set decisionsException Processing and verification of missing information on mortgage documents

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Graduation / 15 years of formal education from Arts/ Sciece or Commerce stream Only with Good Written and Verbal Communiction

Open to Work in Night shift and Rotational shifts
