We are hiring 10th/12th/Graduated Fresher’s Customer Care Executives for International & Domestic Bops:

(Inbound/Outbound Voice Process verification activation, Collection Process, Retention Process)

Job Duties:

• customer follow-up

• feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel)

• Answer calls and respond to emails.

• Handle customer inquiries both telephonic and by email.

• Manage and resolve customer complaints.

• Provide customers with product and service information.

• Update existing customer information.

• Follow up customer calls where necessary.

• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.

• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.

• Generate reports and perform backup operations.

• Keep information confidential.
