About Ori

Ori provides self-care solutions including chat and voice bots. Ori was incubated in IIT-Kharagpur and some of the technologies we are working on are global first - towards making conversations natural and intuitive for users. We received an award for the best customer engagement bot by Microsoft. Our solutions help businesses manage customer expectations across the product/service lifecycle right from initiation with the business until the end of the after-market lifecycle through the application of design thinking principles.

We have multiple services/products like chatbot: voice & text compatible, multiple context switching, omnichannel, recovery-based mechanisms; IVR-based speech bots: replacement to the traditional menu-driven IVR systems on call; email-based responder bots: automated email support with resolutions handed without manual intervention; and customer service agent support bots: assists agents with prompts and queues during customer conversations over chat & calls.

About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Assist with social media campaigns
• Assist with email campaigns
• Assist with search engine optimization
• Assist with web development projects
• Produce and proofread website content
• Collect and report data from marketing campaigns
• Track keyword rankings
• Complete other administrative tasks as needed

Who Can Apply
• Should have great English speaking and writing skills
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
• Ability to quickly learn and process information
• Organization and time management skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google Adwords
• Passion for the digital marketing industry and its best practices
