Project Management Trainee

The ideal candidate will help in Project Coordination, Business Analysis and QA Testing for Web and Mobile AppsThe ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team playerThe ideal candidate will be fresher who will get permanent employee after internship period if performance is great

Responsibilities:

Support Project manager and Technical team to assess business needs in order to develop and outline Statements of Work and Specifications based on customer requirementsDefine project scope, deliverables, schedule, budget and tasks listsCommunicate the schedule, task priorities and status to project team members, the client, and management on an ongoing basisProvide on-time delivery of deliverables including requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and post-deployment activitiesAbility to define project management processes, tools and templates as required for the projectAbility to test different use case, scenarios on App and WebOrganize, document, and communicate project post-mortem analysisFacilitate conversations, activities, and experiences to help build a continuous improvement culture.

Must Have :

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Project management , Computer Science, Information Systems or in Engineering/ScienceMust possess excellent analytical and logical skills.Self-motivated with a passion for people managementExperience in development or software lifecycle, and usage of web and/or mobile applicationsAbility to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff/clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMultitasker with an ability to get the job done.Ability to work in a dynamic, start-up environment managing multiple projects and a large volume of work.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
