We are looking for an operations executive where responsibilities include communication with the Clients and relevant stakeholders, market research, etc., to carry out smooth business operations. We are looking for a person with a high learning curve, a proactive attitude toward finding and fixing problems, an excellent communicator, and a hustler! Most of the things will be taught to the selected candidate, and the top management will guide him/her.

Job Description :
• Mandatory : Should be excellent with Social Media Strategy and SEO
• Should be excellent with Excel and Google spreadsheets
• Should know intermediary level of Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Sales Operations
• Scheduling Highly creative Posts across all social media pages for the brand
• Coordinating with Freelancers team to create creatives, and content for Social Media and Website
• Create strong off-page and on-page strategies towards organic ranking of the website
• Increasing organic followers of social handles through content
• Conduct Market Research on Linkedin and other relevant portals on potential client perspectives and build the sales pipeline
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our Sales CRM
• Management of Website SEO Operations alongside SEO Team
• Management of Social Media Marketing Operations alongside Social Media Team
• Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
• Ensure all Client's standard procedures are followed and updated

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in management science, business administration, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Google Spreadsheets and MS-Excel

Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
