We partner with clients to help them improve operating efficiencies, drive revenues and enhance the customer experience website - www.klpta.com Job description Designation: Funding Specialist (Outbound Sales – UK PROCESS) Shift Time: 1:30 to 10:30 pm (UK shift) Minimum Qualification: Any Graduation (10th/12th Pass candidates with experience in sales tele calling is also fine). Location – Mindscape, Malad (Mumbai) Experience: 0-5 years. Function/ Department: Outbound Sales Responsibilities: • Must be comfortable in generating leads through tele-calling. • Must keep track of all leads generated on regular basis. • Noting important details of each conversation. • Attend weekly meetings/trainings with managers and trainers for regular progress. • Addressing clients queries or grievances about products or the company. • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. • Knows how to cross gatekeeper Requirements: • Excellent verbal communication. • Prior experience into Outbound Sales or Telecaller or similar role. • Basic computer knowledge is required. • Freshers with good command over English can apply. • Candidates from banking sectors and/or experience in UK market will be a plus point (UK process) • Ability to switch your communication style on a whim. • Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
