Looking for Assistant Manager - Human Resource
Exp: 6 - 10 Yrs
Qualification: MBA
Location: Angamaly, Kerala
Role & Responbilities:
• Responsible for strategizing and overseeing Talent acquisition process of sourcing, attracting, interviewing, recruiting, and conducting employee on-boarding process for prospective candidates to find the right person to accomplish units long term goals.
• Responsible for providing general administrative support to the unit
• Ensure to obtaining management approval for the Man power planning & budget based on the organization business plan.
• Responsible for assessing employee satisfaction through a survey and takes appropriate action for improving the employee satisfaction.
• Ensure to monitor all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management system to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards pertaining to regional HR.
• Ensure to maintain the existing welfare measures and implement innovative employee welfare schemes to boost employee morale and engagement.
• Ensure proper administration of payroll processes, Employee benefits, Guest houses management, Security and Transport arrangements in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure to respond and correct the IA remarks.
• Continuously benchmark industry practices in relevant fields and provide recommendations.
• Champion and articulate innovations and improvements pertaining to systems and processes related to the respective domain.
• Enable team members and all employees to perform better by providing timely feedback, conducting structured performance development reviews and setting clear KRAs and providing inputs for development.
• Responsible for motivating and developing team members to effectively deliver their responsibilities and devise employee retention strategies.
