Graphics Designer | Adobe Creative Suite

The main responsibilities of the role are :

- Design and develop training content to specifications

- Use the agreed authoring tools to create new, blended learning programmes

- Develop learning content to agreed, consistent processes and methodologies that avoid the replication and duplication of effort

- Develop and manage the creation of visually engaging and brand-compliant graphics

- Provide input when refreshing existing learning programmes for technology-enabled learning

- Be familiar with audio and video recording/editing tools and software

- Be familiar with SCORM standards and specifications

- Support the team in enforcing protocols for knowledge and training repository

- Design mailers, infographics, PPTs etc. as needed.

- Design and create videos, games, simulations etc, as needed,

Qualifications & Skills :

- Experience developing eLearning courses

- Proficiency with authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Suite

- Proficiency with graphical software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate etc.

- Experience of developing animations and animation storyboards

- Knowledge of the full life cycle of eLearning.

- Knowledge of compliance frameworks, such as Section 508 and SCORM

- Experience of using learning technologies and the ability to present innovative and creative solutions

- Experience of managing a range of stakeholders and a sound understanding of the stakeholder management process

- Experience in creating engaging visual designs, presentations and videos
