Housekeeping Team Leader
Through your passion and motivation you are responsible to supervise Housekeeping operations.

What you will be doing:
• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Oversee staff on a daily basis
• Oversee the laundry operations
• Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
• Respond to guest complaints and special requests
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products, Guest supply stock
• Participate in large cleaning projects as required
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas

Your experience and skills include:

Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records

Excellent reading, writing and verbal proficiency in English language

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
