AC Technician

• AC Technician ke paas alag alag brand ke AC systems (both window and split) ki knowledge honi chahiye
• proper maintenance work aur repair karne aana chahiye.

Major Activities to be done by DC Resident Engineers –

1. Inspection of incoming products

2. Validation of products repaired by Brand / ResQ

3. Provide support for cannibalization on case to case basis

4. Repair the product, by swapping the spare parts, for specific cases

5. Inspect & validate G&G products & support for segregations.

Reporting –

1. Administrative to Reverse Logistics Manager at respective DC

2. Functional to Brand Relations Team

Design Principle –

1. For HA & CE Engineers – 10 products repair / validation / cannibalization per day + inspection of all incoming products.

2. For G&G Engineer – inspection / validation of 40 products per day. Minimum 1 Engineer per DC. G&G Engineer shall have major expertise in mobile.

Others -

1. ResQ Tool kit will be provided to each engineer.

Engineer Description –

HA – Home Appliances Products – Fridge, AC, Microwave, Washing Machine, etc.

CE – Consumer Electronics Products like TV, Sound System, etc.
