Training Manager

The key job responsibilities of a training and compliance Manager is as follows:

1)Creating and reviewing regulatory compliance documentation.2)Coordinating the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures resulting from new laws and regulations 3)Applying and interpreting audit and compliance requirements for various departments 4)to ensure that organisation complies with the internal standards too 5)Identify and assess training requirements by evaluating the weaknesses and strengths 6)Design training programmes and prepare coaching plans.
As we are into banking collections and banking recoveries the candidate should posess the prior experience of at least 5 plus years in the same industry.Should posess excellent knowledge of handling Bank Audits.
