Ensure the achievemehnt of Sales Targets
2 Responsible for planning to increase sales locate the gap and opportunity area
3 Expected to recruit, manage, and motivate the store team
4 Store Staff Management and processes, Coordination with Malls and partners
5 Competitors Tracking, Implementation of Marketing activities and tracking

Monitor merchandising standards, planogram, and product visibility as per company
norms
7 Analysis of brands and SKUs to plan and execute optimum result
8 Staff Motivation and Training
+ Ensure VM implementation in every season
10 Store Audit and Hygiene and grooming of staff
11 Stock Audit of each store on quarterly basis
12 Solution for store related Issues and coordinate with respective team at HO
13 Sensitivity to Staff selection and development of staff
14 Relationship orientation to manage Partners
15 Travelling Must (PAN India)

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
