Tasks and Responsibilities:

Office management

- Office cleanliness and maintenance

- Driver and office boy management

- Stationary ordering and management

- Pantry ordering and management

- Attendance management- absentee emails

- Birthday and special occasion planning

- Courier planning and mail sorting

Guest Relations

- Guest welcome

- Phone management

- Meeting Room planning

Director management

- Calendar Management

- Miscellaneous coordination & Execution of tasks assigned

Asset maintenance

- Office fixed asset sheet/AMC/management

- Store license and Insurance tracker

- Office file management

Travel & Accommodation

- All staff travel and accommodation booking

Reporting to: Head - HR

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
