South Indian Chef

We are looking for a CDP/Commis I or II position.The responsibilities include studying recipes as served in our restaurant,setting up or helping in menus and preparing high-quality delicacies. Should be able to delegate tasks to base or central kitchen staff to ensure the meals are prepared in a timely manner as per the restaurant schedule. Also should be familiar with sanitation & hygiene regulations. Implementing advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ways for running equipment smoothly and effectively.

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
