Then all you need to have is

Posses great thumbnail-making skills (i.e.- telling the story of the entire script through a clickable thumbnail)
Knowledge about design elements, color, composition, layouts, upcoming design trends, and so forth
Understanding of YouTube market trends and target demographics
Experience using image-design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
A very keen and a fast learner
Experience:

0-3 years of graphic designing and thumbnail-making experience in Adobe Photoshop.

Job Responsibilities:

⦁ Work with team members and Content writers, to ensure a great vision/ story is set for the thumbnail, which makes it very informative, appealing, and clickable.

⦁ Post the vision is ready, make a high-quality and engaging thumbnail based on the vision, that also matches the visual aesthetics.

⦁ Analyze the feedback given by team leads and create strategies to improve your performance.

⦁ Stay up to date with new strategies and practices for Thumbnail Creation.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
