Job Description :

Synopsis: Your primary objective would be to: Create Designs that Complement Content. The job requires constant interaction with the freelancers, creative team, project coordinators & DTP team.

Overseeing & driving day to day design operation to produce deliverable within deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

Be a Single point of contact for all Design work that takes shape in the Organization.

Overlooking and Delivering work related to Educational Book Design as well as Communication

Design

Target Audience: would be across age group. (From Pre-Primary to Higher Secondary students) -

Interaction with them is required to enhance the efficacy of your Design.

Implement a User Centered approach towards Design

Conceptualizing ideas with content developers & also for kids book.

Editing & retouching of previous work for new editions.

Conceptualize and Design corporate communication for the organization.

Visualization & Ideation for book covers.

Creating print layouts and social media creative.

Project Coordination with freelancers & print coordination with printers

The designer is expected to work on creative's for social media as well.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

Education Qualification Required: B.F.A, M.F.A, B.Des, M.Des. Degrees from arts School Background.

The designer should have a strong hold on layout, colors & fonts.

A strong command over the design applications like Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw,

Ms Word, Ms Powrpoint etc.

Should be able to work under deadlines

An innovative thinker, who think out of box

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
