Sales Coordinator

1.Field Sales Representative Support:

a. Coordinating with Field Sales Representatives about their day-to-day operations and supporting them in all ways to increase the strength of the company’s presence in the region.

b. Arming them with daily reports with actionable intelligence that will help them in tackling customer issues well and meet their demands.

2. Promotional Materials:

a. Estimating the requirement of promotional materials (brochures, pamphlets, sample boards, samples, consumable items, etc) in the region as per market trends and discussions with customers and sales representatives.

b. Coordinating with the HO for receiving the material in a timely manner and implementing efficient distribution of promotional material throughout the region – ensuring maximum penetration and a growth in brand recall.

3. Payments:

a. Regularly reviewing the outstanding invoices of customers and ensuring compliance of customers with their payment terms:

a. Monitoring Customer Payment Cycles, catch patterns, and report abnormal activity to senior managers.

b. Touching base with customers pro-actively about late payments in order to ensure faster credit recovery.

4. Aiding Sales Representatives to Gain Customer Orders:

Use BI reports (either available in SAP or obtained from HO Analytics team) on a daily basis to notice actionable information like customer orders falling in some products or customers not ordering certain products altogether; using this information to support the Sales Representative in following up with customers.

5. New Product Information and Ongoing Schemes/Targets:

Inform customers of new products and share any new schemes or offers for eligible customers. If a customer is about to fall short of his target sales, reminding the customer of the same, and helping him/her to meet their targets and gain maximum rewards.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
