We currently have an opportunity available for a Mechanical Engineer. Reporting to the Mechanical Engineering Manager, the Mechanical Engineer will ensure successful execution of the specification, design, qualification, and installation of new and modified capital equipment.
As a Mechanical Engineer you will be involved with a wide array of construction and equipment such as; building modifications & construction, power transmission equipment, small and large rotating equipment piping, pumps, blowers, vacuum systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, tanks, pressure vessels, bulk storage silos, exhaust systems, HVAC and many more.
We are seeking candidates with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering (required) with 3-10 years of design and project management experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to research and learn.

Job Description
We are a Non Woven Company which includes processing of Carding, Layering, Bonding and
Winding of polyester and Cotton Fibre.
We are looking for a creative Mechanical Engineer to work on all product stages from research
and development to design and manufacture, through to installation and final commissioning.
Role and Responsibilities
Understanding and performing full lifecycle for the new product to be develop as per the
top management requirement.
Designing systems and components that meet needs and requirements of the
management
Conducting experiments methodically, analysing data and interpreting results
Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems
Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety
Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finishedproduct
and system capabilities; and confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation
processes.
Prepares product reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and
trends.
Optimization and maximization of production of all the plants
To maintain and improve the quality of the material and give the guidelines to the
operator for the same
To control the wastage with applying innovative activities.
To take the full responsibility of Quality Check & control.
Job Timings will be from 8am to 8 pm.
Requirements
Work Experience-Freshers may apply ( Prefered 1-3 yrs experience)
Preferred Industry: Non Woven , Building Materials, Home Textiles, Garments, Insulation
Materials, Infrastructure, Furniture, etc
Qualification: Graduate in Textile engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Should have a two wheeler and smart phone
