Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduate or Post graduate from a recognized institution. 1- 2 years relevant role/ BFSI sector. Fresher with Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Role Proficiencies: Good communication skills in both English and local language. Excellent lead generation and conversion skill. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to successfully work as a part of a team. Digital Relationship Manager – Prime. Candidates with 2 or more years of relevant experience (BPO sales, Lead generation, BPO CS) Staying near office Location/ having own vehicle to commute to office Banking and Financial Services experience Experience in Outbound Telecalling
