Informal credit by the merchant or seller is an expectation for customers and not a value-added service in rural India. (2020) and $30mn in series A funding (2021) led by marquee institutional financial investors (Mirae

Job Description

You will report to the Inside Sales -Manager. Your responsibilities will be selling products & services of the company over the phone & assisting the supervisor in managing the team in his absence. The objective of this position is to deliver monthly sales targets while keeping quality and customer satisfaction at expected levels.

Key Activities
• Calling potential/existing customers & selling them the company's product & services.
• Updating the CRM with call results.
• Timely follow-up with clients to ensure better conversion.
• Managing the relationship with the customers even after the product/service is sold.
• Deliver required login hours, talk time & maintain wrap time within the specified targets.
• Overachieve daily/weekly & monthly targets.
• Apply the feedback delivered by quality specialist, trainer & team leader.
• Taking sup calls & converting the leads for new hires.

Essentials to this role
• Good Analytical, Organizational, and Communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high churning environment and deliver quality output on time.
• Should be a quick learner.

Qualifications
• Undergraduate & above.
• 2 -3 years’ experience in Inside Sales/Telesales preferably from the Insurance domain.
• Fluent in Hindi & Marati, manageable English is ok
