BROCUS IT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD IS HIRING SR. EXECUTIVE /EXECUTIVE -IT (International BPO Experience must)

Roles and responsibilities:
• Addressing user tickets regarding hardware and networking
• Helps in installing applications and computer peripherals
• Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
• Good communication, team Work
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking

Required Skills :
• Windows Server 2016 & 2026 Standard, Administration of Active Directory-accounts, and group policies.
• O365 administration - user and mail profiles, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, security groups.
• Remote, and hands-on support for desktop, user, network, and server infrastructure.
• Telecom administration - Dialler environment; configuration, patching, deployment.
• Advanced application and endpoint troubleshooting.
• MS outlook configuration, Outlook backup & restore and troubleshooting.
• Windows 10, 11, configuration. Disk Management, partitions.
• Printer/ Scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Antivirus update & virus protection
