Job Description

Children First:

Children First is a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service located across Delhi and Gurgaon. We have been providing ethical, effective, and holistic solutions for children and adolescents until the age of 25 years for over a decade.

The CF team is led by Dr. Amit Sen, Dr. Shelja Sen and Dr. Kavita Arora, who have deep expertise and extensive experience in the child and adolescent mental health space. Over the years they were joined by some of the most committed, empathetic, and skilled professionals, building a multidisciplinary team, which continues to grow.

A little about the role:

As the Executive Assistant to Dr. Amit Sen you will help him lead a stellar 50+ member team. This role requires a high degree of trust, responsibility, planning and organisation, agility and patience. You will need to juggle multiple priorities, work at a fast pace, and be flexible when faced with ambiguity while ensuring high attention to detail.
Most importantly, we expect you to demonstrate deep compassion and sensitivity towards families who reach out to CF in high distress.

An example of tasks you will need to undertake are:

Managing clinical appointments by coordinating with the existing admin team
Managing calendar for internal and external non-clinical meetings
Supporting with preparation for any external events
Managing and filing expenses
Filing of important documents daily
Supporting with planning and executing events
Assisting in day to day activities such as scheduling for the day, sending/ receiving couriers, etc.
Maintaining strict confidentiality of medical data and of sensitive client exchanges
Making travel and accommodation arrangements
What are we looking for?

Attention to detail
Strong communications skills (English and Hindi)
Excellent time management
Ability to think on your feet and multitask
High levels of ownership
Keenness to work across a multidisciplinary team
Enthusiasm to work collaboratively with children, young people, families, and communities
Previous experience in the role and healthcare industry (~2-3 years)
Working full-time (6 days a week)
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
