Hotel Receptionist

• Position: Receptionist / Front Desk
• Joining: IMMEDIATE
• Must: Experience of working with 4 or 5 Star Hotel

This position is for an upscale "SERVICED APARTMENT" in heart of Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai.

Our company caters exclusively to Japanese EXPATs for their Housing and Related Services across Mumbai. We will be expanding to other Foreign EXPATs, and local clients also hereafter.

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and experienced person to join Hotel Front Desk / Reception position.

Job Role:
• Take care of Front Desk Activities (check-in/out)
• Guest relations, Guest Services
• Day-to-Day Operations overseeing, management, Property Management
• Assist in coordination of delivery of food (room service, outside delivery)
• Inventory management, stock record keeping
• Invoicing, Billing
• Coordinating with various stake-holders (clients, vendors, building societies, internal teams, and various third party service providers) as work requires

Skills:
• Prior experience with 4/5 star Hotels is must
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are must
• Good skills in general computers operations (excel, word, picking up on hotel software, etc) is must
• Multi-tasking, Peoples Person, Teamwork
• Creative, Self-Driven, Self-Initiator
