Hotel Sales Manager

• Must: Experience of working with 4 or 5 Star Hotel, preferably in Corporate Sales in Mumbai

This position is for an upscale SERVICED APARTMENT in heart of Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai.

Our company caters exclusively to JAPANESE EXPATs in Mumbai. We are now expanding to other Foreign EXPATs, and local Corporate Clients too.

We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced person for Sales.

Job Role:
• Marketing and Sales initiatives
• Pitch to corporate clients
• Work on sales pitch, presentations, marketing materials
• Design and run marketing campaigns, referral campaigns
• Build corporate relations
• Agreement negotiations, and execution
• Guest relations
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure overall functioning
• Oversee invoicing, billing, software data entries, record keeping etc.
• Coordinating with various stake-holders as necessary
• Weekly management reporting

Skills:
• Prior experience of Sales with 4/5 star Hotels must, Corporate Sales experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good skills in general computers operations (excel, word, picking up on hotel software, etc)
• Multi-tasking, Teamwork
• Creative, Self-Driven, Self-Initiator
