Social Media Account Manager

We, at Omega Standards, are planning to expand our marketing team by hiring a Social Media Account Manager. You’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring client’s Social Media Accounts in order to increase brand awareness, consumer reach and increase online presence and sales. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

•Develop social media content plan/calendar .

•Define most important social media KPIs.

•Research on latest social media content.

•Measure the success of every social media campaign.

•Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.

•Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

•Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

•Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

•Making analytical social media report.

•Present to Senior Management.

•Should Know how to make content, plan content prior wrt brand language .

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

•1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

•Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Google+ and other social media best practices & should be aware about the coming trends in social media.

•Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

•Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.

•Good understanding of social media KPIs.

•Excellent multitasking skills.

•Strong client communication skills.

•Well verse about existing and new features of social media platforms .

•Should know basics of content creation and editing .

•Great leadership skills.

•Critical thinker and problem-solving skills .

•Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
