Cashier, Promoter & Store Assistant Job Requirement ✓ 18 years old & above (Follow country law for not hiring underage worker) ✓ Careful & attention to detail behavior ✓ Initiative, Responsible, Helpful, Humble, Courteous & Decently dressed. ✓ Physically fit and able to lift heavy items and work with another team member in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service. ✓ Ability to work in rotation, shift schedule & weekend/PH (when needed) ✓ Advantages with understanding of Retail industry sale principles and customer service practices. ✓ Basic Mathematical & Computer skills. (Advantage for Cashier & Store Asst Position) Job Responsibilities Cashier: 1 Welcome customers (EGS) customer friendly, answering customer’s question, helping them to locate items, providing advice or recommendations. 2 Operating scanners, cash register & other electronic (card terminal, Hand Scan etc). 3 Accepting payments, ensuring all prices & quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer. Declaration of cash receive and cash return. 4 Packing or wrapping item purchases to ensure safe carrying by customers. 5 Cross-sell products and introduce new promotion item. 6 Follow all store procedures regarding payment type, voucher & PWP 7 Maintaining a clean workspace and returning unwanted item from counter area to promoter or correct shelf. 8 Assist and work with each other to ensure store operation run smoothly. + Completion Job Task assigned by Superior with established guideline & SOP. Promoter 1 Welcome customers (EGS) customer friendly, answering customer’s question, helping them to locate items, providing advice or recommendations. 2 Merchandise product at relevant product department/category with correct price label, neat, tidy & with FIFO concept. 3 Stock & replace product with care to avoid any damages especially easy broken item. 4 Keep Shelf display with full of stock & non-expired product & defect item. 5 ****** customer to the appropriate department or shelf, assist with purchase decisions. 6 Maintaining a clean workspace, monitor temperature store and equipment to avoid product being damaged. 7 Assisting cashier when been called upon to find barcode or verify prices 8 Assist Cashier to pack customers’ purchases swiftly & efficiently when been requested. + Assist and work with each other to ensure store operation run smoothly. 10 Completion Job Task assigned by Superior with established guideline & SOP. Store Assistant 1 Receive goods arrival, check, reporting & updating good receive as per standard procedure. 2 Sorting all goods and stacking them appropriately, ensuring the timely dispatch of the goods to the appropriate destinations. 3 Keeping record of incoming & outgoing shipment. 4 Packing stock to delivery with proper sealing & tagging carton. 5 Ensuring correct shipping information is attached & moving completed order to shipping area. 6 Maintaining a clean workspace ensure clean and arrange empty box properly to avoid incident happen. 7 Keeping a record and maintaining stock count of the entire inventory in the store. 8 Assist and work with each other to ensure store operations run smoothly. + Completion Job Task assigned by Superior with established guideline & SOP.
