Front Office Executive

ArtBuzz is a platform for young and emerging artists to create, network, and grow with like-minded people. It is home to every art lover.

We are looking for a welcoming front desk representative to handle all receptionists and clerical duties at our Jaipur Property. You will be the company's "face" to all visitors. The goal is to make our guests and visitors feel welcome and appreciated while they are on our property and food and lodging will be provided from our side.

Responsibilities

Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservation
Inform customers about the method of payment and verify their credit card details
Welcome guests on their arrival and assign rooms
Register guests collecting necessary information
Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate
SHOULD BE FLEXIBLE WITH LOCATION
Education and professional qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of computer software
can be fresher
Location - JAIPUR
