Job Title: Customer Support - Voice
Work Location: Pune

Experience: 1 year to 5+ Years

Work From Office

Shift: Rotational Shift

Week Off: 2 days Rotational Week Off

Requirements
Qualification: Any Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
Candidate should have minimum 1 year experience in BPO.
Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
Flexible to work in shifts.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Shift: Rotational Shift (247)
Week Off: 5 days working (2 days rotational week off)
