Job Description

Designation: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process - US)

Reporting to: Team leader – Voice

Location: Pune

Qualification: Undergraduate, Graduate (B Com, BA,) No technical background

Work Experience required: 0.4-3 years in US Voice Process.

Division/Department : US Voice Process

Type of position : Permanent

Travel: Not Required

Role Explanation

· Out Bound Collections (Voice Process)

· Excellent English Communication and negotiation skills.

Addition Requirements

· Should be flexible working in night shifts.

· Experience in International BPO would be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
