Required Skills :

Windows Server 2016 & 2026 Standard, Administration of Active Directory-accounts, and group policies.
O365 administration - user and mail profiles, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, security groups.
Remote, and hands-on support for desktop, user, network, and server infrastructure.
Telecom administration - Dialler environment; configuration, patching, deployment.
Advanced application and endpoint troubleshooting.
MS outlook configuration, Outlook backup & restore and troubleshooting.
Windows 10, 11, configuration. Disk Management, partitions.
Printer/ Scanner installation and troubleshooting.
Antivirus update & virus protection
