Organization Description: Jaipur Rugs is a social enterprise that connects rural craftsmanship with global markets through its luxurious handmade carpets. It is a family run business that offers an exclusive range of hand-knotted and hand-woven rugs made using 2500 years old traditional art form.

The founder, Mr. Nand Kishore Chaudhary created a unique business model, which provides livelihood to the artisans at their doorstep. This changed the standard practice of involving middlemen to work with artisanal communities. The company currently has a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India. It has an end-to-end business model, right from sourcing of wool to exporting a finished handmade rug.

The modern and eclectic collection of rugs, made using the finest wool and silk, has won numerous global awards and is currently exported to more than 45 countries with the US sales arm, Jaipur Living, Inc. located in Georgia, Atlanta.

Job Description: The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following:
• Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
• Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for all the level of hirings
• Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
• Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
• Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
• Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
• Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
• Bench creation and determining HOD/employee needs on vacant positions
• Develop a sustainable hiring plans and strategies.
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process for Sales and Marketing and International hirings
• Reviews employment applications and background check reports.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:
• MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree.
• At least 10-12 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment & selection cycle.
• Industry preference-Luxury, Retail, Lifestyle.
• Proficient knowledge of Entire Recruitment cycle (End to End) and HR processes and systems in a professional environment.
• Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job portals.
• Excellent knowledge with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychometric test etc.)
• Experience of HRMS will be preferred.
• Local candidates from Jaipur are preferred.
